home buying: Recommended Realtor in Fort Collins, CO - 11/08/11 10:15 AM
One of the joys of working in the Fort Collins Real Estate market is when I am able to successfully help a client buy a home in Fort Collins, CO and receive a great client testimony, it confirms that I am helping people. Yesterday I received this testimony from one of my past clients who recently bought a home in Fort Collins. David Timm is an efficient, knowledgeable agent. He is unfailingly polite, always responsive, a true professional. Those qualities are rare in the sales world today. But there is more to David than expertise and professional polish. He also

home buying: Fort Collins Agents focus on Education - 10/06/09 07:07 PM
Today I have spent the whole day with several of the agents from our market center ant the Keystone conference center in Keystone, Colorado. We aare training with about 500 other Keller Williams agents from all over Colorado. We are learning all kinds of things about how to help our clients Buyers or Sellers. home buying: Educating Buyers - 03/27/09 10:39 PM
When I first attended Colorado State University I thought I was going to be a teacher. I thought that was going to be in a classroom with high school students. That didn't happen but I do get the opportunity to educate. It takes time but it is worth it. With first time buyers I talk about all the reasons to consider owning vs. renting. We explore their long and short term plans, career, family.... I spend a little time talking about any downsides of buying for their personal situation. If they wish to continue I talk them through the whole process of buying. We
