The Fort Collins Real estate market is dynamic and bucking the national trend. Just this week it was reported that Fort Collins has been names as one of the top 2 healthiest markets in the Country. With that our local trends are very different than much of the country. There are sectors of our market which starved for inventory. We have qualified, willing and able buyers who are becoming discouraged and walking away from the market.
