The Fort Collins real estate market faces many challenges. Some of the challenges may be a surprise. Buyer's are ready and willing to buy homes in Old Town Fort Collins, the difficulty is that there are so few properties for sale that buyers are becoming frustrated. old town: Northern Colorado V-log First time buyers - 02/05/09 10:56 PM
Today i launched the first V-log of Fort Collins Real Estate information. Today we talked about the Senate's concideration of a $15,000 Tax Credit for first time home buyers.
