water: Farm Boy - 03/15/09 03:30 PM

Yesterday I had the opportunity to Show one of our listings. It is a wonderful 72+ acre parcel in northern Colorado. Located about 15 minutes north of Fort Collins, This land has domestic water on site an additional well and a stream. The mountain vistas are spectacular.
It has been a while since I have walked farm land but the memories of my youth came rushing back. I showed this land to a longtime farmer who has a dream to use this land. It was also nice to hear some stories about farming and ranching in Northern Colorado "back in the … (4 comments)
