Teamwork, dolphins and seals - 03/28/11 11:13 AM
Hello All, So this Sunday I went surfing. In the water by 7:30am and it was brisk and cold making the senses come alive. As I starred out to the cold blue sea with the sky's gray in color the waves rolled in creating energy. Strangely enough the real energy was beneath the water though. As all of the sudden a large dolphin pod showed up, about 30 strong. Then this was followed by about 7pelicans. Next the water exploded in a violent eruption of fury. A large bait ball was being surround by the dolphins and set up to be dined (4 comments)
Amazing! Loan Modification, foreclosure, BK - 03/23/11 12:25 AM
Hello All, Well this will be a short but sweet post. I closed on one loan today that had just went through a loan modification and a increase in income of 70% in one year while the credit still laid in the 670's and they put down 3%down on a home. Next I closed on another loan where the client went into foreclosure on 2 homes with 2 liens apiece on them and them ended up in an BK (less than 2.5 years ago.) with the credit fully destroyed (closing ficos 640's.) They put 3.5% downpayment on their home. I (2 comments)
Quality vs Ikea - 03/21/11 09:17 PM
Hello All, So this weekend I continued my shopping for a new 3 piece living room set to match the partial remodel I have been working on over the past few months. It made me think for more than a few moments about how much time I have taken to find just the right pieces. In our business of real estate you have all of these buy/sell/ decisions "you must act now!" type behavior. Which is wrong. I have been shopping for months for what I wanted. Shouldn't you do the same with your home. Also I have been only shopping quality of the finest (3 comments)
