Good Morning...Here is today's market update from the Think Big Work Small Guys. Today the boys cover the Fannie and Freddie issue as to whether they should be done away with, remove the government tag, or make them an agency with in the government. Since Freddie and Fannie are iimplicit guaranteed loans what are the repercussions to privatizing them? Higher risk rates with a drastic drop in lending would be one outcome. As the boys are saying, you can want reform but be careful what you wish for. Think Big Work Small Disclaimer: If you prefer reading your news over a cup (3 comments)

Good Morning...Here is today's market update from the Think Big Work Small Guys. The boys are having two main discussions today: One is on the advertising campaign for Red Rock Island, located in the San Fransisco Bay area, and the other is the FDIC getting ready to charge more for risk based loans by having banks not make their assesment based on debt issue ratings; this could lead to the FDIC having agents police banks. Somehow the FDIC feels this is Forward Thinking. Think Big Work Small Disclaimer: If you prefer reading your news over a cup of coffee in a relaxed atmosphere or your family's (0 comments)

Good Morning...Here is today's market update from the Think Big Work Small Guys. Today the boys hit several issues: Fannie and Freddie are going to charge more for loans with Risk Bases Pricing being put into place, making them have a Financial Interest in the terms and conditions of the loan - which is what the Fed Rule is preventing Loan Originators from doing (double standard anyone). Customers need to have a 740, or higher, credit score and put 25% down or they fall into this category. Bank Of America not going to do Reverse Mortgages any longer. HUS says "Worse Case (1 comments)
