Good Morning...Here is today's market update from the Think Big Work Small Guys. Today the boys are discussing the buying market - favorable rates and conditions should have buyers running to purchase homes, but they are not - great rates doesn't mean great market conditions. Freddie Mac post 1.7 billion in losses for the 4th quarter and 19.7 billion for all of 2010; and Bachus criticizes the White House on GSE Reform delays.
