fraud: POSSUM URING - Latest Fraud Craze - 10/26/12 07:54 AM
This title really got my attention.  We have a couple of these critters under our deck (they drive the dog crazy) but I never thought to use them as a real estate scam.  Who thinks up this stuff?

Good Morning…Here is today’s  report from the Think Big Work Small Guys. Today the boys are on a roll about the complaints of Fraud within the lending industry, and Wells Fargo doing FHA loans for buyers with credit scores of 500.  The banks have not learned that risk buyers means high risk loans.

Good Morning…Here is today’s  report from the Think Big Work Small Guys.  Today the boys are saying "Realtors Beware",  the rules for doing a Short Sale are being monitored for fraud.  Make sure the property is set at a True Value - It is Armes Length - and All Offers are Considered.  Short Sales are 25% of all transactions and ripe for fraud.

Good Morning…Here is today’s  report from the Think Big Work Small Guys.  The boys are clarifying some of their statements form the other day concerning Rick Perry.  They are also discussing Moody's downgrading 3.5 billion in FHA/VA mortgage backed loans and asking if this is problematic; and they have a good discussion on the FBI going after small level lending fraud.
