Good afternoon.  Here is your TBWS daily news.  FHA has significantly reduced the MI factors to give an incentive for Refinancing of loans.   Fannie Mae has done a survey and found 70% of the public thinks this is a good time to buy a home, but 80% don't think they would qualify or have the 20% down payment.

Good Morning...Here is today's report from the Think Big Work Small Guys.  A few things going on today, HUD once again going after banks cutting corners and failing to provide required information on loans such as loan amount, insurance, income, and relationship.  New Bill being introduced to take medical bills off credit scores could help potential home buyers.  Financing down 29% from last year and refinance down 42%.

Good Morning...Here is today's market update from the Think Big Work Small Guys.  This is the second part of the boys "Ways to Fix Things".  These are easy fixes that will put some sanity back into the Housing Market. Underwriters need to be licensed and tracked, with accountable standard, there needs to be Short Refinancing - not modification, Get rid of the new Loan Officers Compensation Rule, and we need to get rid of HVCC.  The guys explain each of these fixes.

Good Morning...Here is today's market update from the Think Big Work Small Guys.   Today is casual Friday for the boys, so nothing too stress about.  They give their oppinion on Century 21 partnering with Zillow with a Listing deal, and touch on Freddie Mac having a 38% drop in Refinancing volume.

Good Morning...Here is today's market update from the Think Big Work Small Guys.  Not much going on with the boys today.  They are acting out a skit on a "Dear John Letter" to Re-finance - a hot and heavy love affair in 2010, with Purchase being the better deal in 2011.

Good Morning...Here is today's market update from the Think Big Work Small Guys.  Today the boy's go over some of their comments and feedback from last week on the Fed Videos - No concrete facts, The NAR fighting two battles to keep the industry from falling apart - one is the Mortgage industry fight- the other the Flow of Money fight, The FHA's anti-Flip Rule is about to expire (agents beware), and a few predictions for next year - one being the Refinance business will disappear is interest rates go up.
