Here is a small kitchen in a very old house that is rented out by a church here in Newtown, PA. My Handyman was asked to replace the cabinets, sink, faucet, and countertop plus the old vinyl floor was in poor shape and the sub floor was damaged in places especially around the sink. We also removed the wallpaper and painted the walls. The ceiling tiles were very stained and the frames were rusted. We sealed and painted them.

Here are some pictures of the completed project.  The sub floor was repaired and resilient vinyl tiles were put down for better long term wear.  Instead of the two cabinets opening into each other we replaced it with two wall cabinets with a countertop on the bottom, increasing storage space and improving the work flow.
