More homes coming on the market.

The Homes for sale in the Las Vegas area that are available for offers has gone up again a little since my last Las Vegas real estate report and are at approximately 4,050 homes, but that is still considerably low for our market considering that is for all the Las Vegas, Summerlin, Henderson and North Las Vegas areas.

There are approx 10,340 homes that already have a contract on them.

Approx 1,084 homes have sold so far this month.
