Home sales are up a bit in this area while the median home price is down. There have been 83 Sold in the past 30 days. Median Sales Price for the past 30 days...$119,000 Average Sales Price for the past 30 days ...$152,317 Now, this does not cover condos or townhouses, this is just for homes.
You may have seen this term used in the News when reporting on home prices, with a specific price referring to homes sold in any given area. Basically, Median Home Price is the price at which half of the homes are above that price quoted and half of the homes are below that price quoted.
