Just a few months ago short sales and foreclosures were dominating the Las Vegas real estate market with short sales counting upwards of 42% of the homes for sale in Las Vegas.
Right now traditional sales (those that are not short sales or foreclosures) are dominating the market at about 59%.  As we have seen overall homes for sale inventory continue to drop this year so too are the short sales.
Las Vegas short sales for sale have dropped down to about 29%, but we may start to see a rise in them as well as foreclosures in the next few months as lenders … (1 comments)
