BofA said the restarted foreclosures will begin with vacant and non-owner-occupied properties

Here is an article from DS News on Freddie Mac to Halt Foreclosure Evictions during the Holiday Season
Freddie Mac said Wednesday that it has ordered all foreclosure evictions involving occupied single-family and 2-4 unit properties to be suspended from December 20, 2010 to January 3, 2011. The policy applies to all homes with Freddie Mac mortgages.
This has been typical over the past few years for lenders to hold off on evictions during the holidays, Fannie Mae and others may soon follow.

Buyers need to understand that it can be a frustrating process and may not be the right fit for everyone.
Yes, there are a lot of homes on the market at any given time, but there are also a lot of buyers and investors out there right now due to the prices coming down so much over the last 6 months and they are all looking at and competing for these deals.
