Over the past 3 months more Las Vegas Short Sales have sold then bank owned foreclosures in the Las Vegas area.
It appears from the numbers that many banks are now wanting homeowners to do short sales instead of foreclosure because they have realized it will be more cost effective to them instead of going thru the whole foreclosure process and because the new Nevada foreclosure law law AB 284 has made lenders have all their “ducks” in row before filing anymore Notices of Default.
There are currenty about 4,400 homes for sale in the Las Vegas area, that are not … (2 comments)
