DO OPEN HOUSES SELL HOMES?

Open Houses do work! Over my career I have sold many of my listing at Open Houses. The latest one here in Fishkill. I ran an Open House within a week of signing the listing. I showed the home to 18 visitors. One of those visitors made an offer. We closed within 80 days.

Although this sale was quick, other Open Houses have generated a sale within the listing period. I LOVE holding Open Houses.

Has anyone had similar experiences?
