Having family visit is great but one thing about having family visit is space limitations. It works best to have a house that can be separated so that cooling and heating can be turned of and off when needed. This works best with a two story house where the bottom or top level can be completely closed off. The extra space can be excessive but it is also a good investment in real estate.;)
