Many predict that the Fed will lower the discount rate on Tuesday September 18. The question that remains to be answered is how much of a reduction will be made. It has been 4 years since the discount rate has been lowered, and the existing market conditions demand corrective action. In case you were wondering where I've been in the last two weeks, I took some time off and traveled. I flew in to Dallas, TX and drove with my hubby back to Daytona Beach, FL. We've always loved road trips and this one was real fun!
 
It started out in Dallas. I've always heard that everything is big in Texas, and Dallas wasn't an exception. The roads are "big" meaning there are so many highways in Dallas it's a piece of cake to get lost.
