rut: How to Get out of Rut or My Reasons to Get Out of Bed in the Morning... - 03/06/08 12:35 PM

Anyone who has been in real estate industry or self-employed long enough, knows that every now and then you get in a rut, meaning you are not motivated and just don't feel like performing to your fullest potential. You don't feel creative and/or act productive, you are in a rut...I'll be the first one to admit I've been there myself before.
