Per my previous post, Aaron Wall is taking the SEO Book off the market. I received an email from him last night, and today is the last day you can purchase the book.
At $79 it isn't cheap, but at the same time an SEO specialist will charge you $150 an hour, and with the huge amount of information this book includes, it's money well spent. It industry circles, it's considered the SEO Bible.

The Black Hat SEO Keyword Tool is pretty nifty for getting a quick list of related keywords.
I have no idea why it's called black hat, since it's pretty straightforward - nothing sneaky about it.
Speaking of keyword tools, Microsoft AdCenter now has a free keyword tool, Ad Intelligence, that provides a plethora of granular data on given keyword phrases. The SEO Book author Aaron Wall calls it "kickass" after doing some research on it.
