eVideo eMail - High Tech Customer Communication - 03/25/08 05:36 PM
This is HIGH-TECH Marketing, using eVideo Communication with Talk Fusion. I'm David Bolick, Broker/Owner of Network Real Estate and at Network we have started using eVideo eMail and getting excellent feedback from our clients. It's the high-tech way to get the edge on your competition and set yourself apart from the crowd. I haven't seen anything here on ActiveRain about it and wanted to share it. It has a money-making component, but our focus is on impressive client communication. We purchased the Executive Package but since there can be 5 users, we divided the cost among 5 of us and it's very cost effective. Click on the

About the Colony West Subdivision - 03/10/08 01:28 PM
The Colony West Subdivision contains approximately 470 homes basically boarded by Rodney Parham Road on the south, Clapboard Hill on the east and I-430 on the west and about midway on Millbrook on the north. They have a very active and excellent Property Owners Association with a website located at http://www.colonywesthomes.org/ There are probably more large 4 bedroom homes in this subdivision than any other place in the city that are very affordable. It is a very nice quiet neighborhood with a minimum number of children and they have an excellent park and pool facility.

Best Kept Secret in Little Rock? WORLD HEADQUARTERS-ATA - 03/04/08 10:25 AM
I was born and raised in Little Rock and love it. It's a place that Bob & Carolyn Slowsky would love...not too fast paced and never in a crisis. I am amazed at the people here that don't fully comprehend the influence that the ATA has in Little Rock. The ATA of course being the American Taekwondo Association. It's the largest Martial Arts organization in the world and the International Headquarters is right here in Little Rock on Baseline Road. My 13 year old daughter Heather, has been in taekwondo for 7 years now and testing for her 3rd

NOW is ALWAYS the time to BUY... - 03/04/08 05:53 AM
It's NOT a matter of WHEN to Buy... It's a matter of IF you're Plugged In to the Market David W. Bolick www.NetworkRealEstateAR.com These days people are overly concerned about "is now the time to buy or sell" and are inundated with doomsday news about the real estate market being "down". The key is not "when" you buy...it's whether or not you're "IN the flow of inflation or not" and the market is never actually "down" to a point where you don't buy because you have to consider Inflation. The best laymen's definition of inflation is "a general and progressive increase in
