Last Minute Credit Check - 01/13/11 09:11 AM
Your actions after receiving lender approval for a mortgage loan can disqualify you for the loan. A mortgage loan is conditionally approved, with the lender reserving the right to re-verify credit, income, assets and employment at anytime. The lender may cancel the loan if there are any adverse changes to your qualification status.
Debt-to-Income Ratio
Your debt-to-income ratio is your gross monthly income divided by the amount you spend on debt. Debt items include mortgage payments (including principal, interest, insurance, tax), car payments, credit card payments, student loans, child support payments, etc.
The lender considers debt-to-income ratio when approving you for … (2 comments)

Small World - 01/10/11 12:57 PM
"It's a small world, but I wouldn't want to have to paint it." Steven Wright
What is the fastest way to brighten a room, sharpen décor, and make a room look like new? You guessed it! It's a fresh coat of paint. That's the tried and true method for a quick makeover.
When it's time to paint, can you really tell the future color by holding up a sample that's hardly bigger than a postage stamp? Experts say no. But they offer help. Get six or eight of the same samples and tape them together into a block of color. Tape … (1 comments)

Oysters - 01/04/11 11:58 PM
"He was a bold man that first ate an oyster." Jonathan Swift
Many accidents are caused when children get into things they don't understand. Electricity is one of those dangers. Precautions can help a lot. For example, did you know that you could insert an ordinary key ring through the holes in an electrical plug prong? That quick step will make it almost impossible for a child to insert the plug in a wall outlet. That's easy, isn't it? Of course, as children get older, they can outsmart this safety precaution.
As an adult, you've probably experienced a lot of challenging … (0 comments)

Understanding Love - 01/03/11 11:22 PM
A farmer had some puppies he needed to sell. He painted a  sign advertising the 4 pups. And set about nailing it to a post on  the edge of his yard. As he was driving the last nail into the post, he felt a tug on his overalls. He looked down into the eyes of  a little  boy.  "Mister," he said, "I want to buy one of your puppies."
"Well," said the farmer, as he rubbed the sweat of the back of his neck,  "These puppies come from fine parents and cost a good deal of money"   The boy dropped his … (4 comments)

The boss of a big company who needed to call one of his employees about an urgent problem with one of the main computers, dialed the employee's home phone number and was greeted with a child's whisper, "Hello."
"Is your daddy home?" he asked.  "Yes," whispered the small voice.  "May I talk with him?"  The child whispered, "No."
Surprised, and wanting to talk with an adult, the boss asked, "Is your mommy there?"  "Yes."  "May I talk with her?"  Again the small voice whispered, "No."
Hoping there was somebody with whom he could leave a message, the boss asked, "Is anybody … (0 comments)

This is so funny that it will boggle your mind. And you will keep trying to see if you can outsmart your foot, but you can't.
1. While sitting at your desk, lift your right foot off the floor and make clockwise circles.
2. Now, while doing this, draw the number "6" in the air with your right hand. Your foot will change direction. I told you so .....And there's nothing you can do about it.
I can't help you control your foot, but I can help you with all of your real estate transactions so that you know exactly where you stand … (0 comments)
