dog bites: What Happens When Your Dog Bites the Mailman…Who Pays? - 04/28/09 09:44 AM

Yes, dogs are man’s best friend, but this doesn’t mean that they are EVERY man’s best friend. Accidents happen…but what happened if your “best friend” bites the mailman? This sounds cliché of course, but don’t simply dismiss the idea that this can happen to you. Do you know who will pay the medical bills for the mailman? Do you know which of your insurance policies, if any, will cover these costs?
