A review of the Portsmouth, NH condominium market data reflects a relatively flat market year-on-year. In relation to the data reflected for the second quarter of 2010, seen here, this information seems to reflect a market that may well have benefitted from the home buyer tax credit that expired on April 30th. Full year data for 2010 will be available shortly, and I will be very curious to see what type of advancement is shown year on year.
