This week inventory levels are up slightly; which is normal during the Fall "Selling Season".
Montgomery County and Arlington County; continue to have inventory levels close to last year.

An "Expired" listing is a home that has not sold; and the listing contract the seller had signed with their Real Estate Brokerage has now ended or Expired. The month of November had mixed results around the DC Metro area. Most areas (inside the beltway) saw an Average Sold Price, higher than it was for last November. The exception being Prince Georges County, where the average sold price continues to fall due to such a high inventory of homes (0 comments)

Current Number of Homes Active and Under Contract: Here is the breakdown as of November 12th, 2007 -- As somewhat expected - Prince Georges County breaks the seasonal norms; by seeing a significant increase in the number of properties come on the market.
