Experts say that a "Balanced" market; that is a market which is neither a sellers nor a buyers market; is one where there is about 6 months of inventory.

Several recent news reports have said that more and more homes are receiving Multiple Offers.
In fact in an article in USA Today says that 1 in 10 homes have Multiple Offers. These multiple offers are happening in the first few days of being placed on the market.
