Rowhouses  in DuPont Circle Washington DC NW primarily built prior to 1900 feature variations on the Queen Anne and Richardsonian Romanesque revival styles. Rarer are the palatial mansions and large freestanding houses that line the broad, tree-lined diagonal avenues that intersect the circle. Many of these larger dwellings were built in the styles popular between 1895 and 1910.

This is keep happening over and over and people get offended when I respond with propitiate respond. No matter who you are or how related to the client I would not discuss any things about people’s  business with you, unless I have Authorization letter from the client it self and must be signed in front of me. I also, Have to mentioned there people that they really appreciate that . Today I read on New York Times about  Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae rejecting  debt relief to home owners who are under water with heir homes and facing foreclosures. I thought I would like to share my thought on that .People argue about why other good citizen should be responsible for people who took the bad loans and some might have even lied on their loan application in order to get in the position that they are now? Buying an Investment home in Washington DC as LLC - 10/02/11 09:37 PM
      I always try stay a way from things that I do not know. There are some restrictions when you buy a property as LLC. Once you buy property as LLC , the investment property fall under Rent Control. Rent control is monitor what landlord they can or they can not to do to the property. For example under Rent Control you would not be able to increase the rent thee way you want . There are some limitation and guild line that the owner must follow with DC government.
