Conceptual Staging is another way to market your business. Conceptual Staging is for Homeowners, Realtors, Investors, Builders, Businesses and Senior Care Facilities. In the first two pictures below these photos are from a home that's been on the market since early summer. The Realtor called to get a quote for staging just recently, but the investor who owns the home didn't think it was worth the cost. As an investor, it would be an excellent idea to get a conceptually staged design, which also shows what repairs or changes should be done to create a home layout that makes sense.

There may be some misunderstanding that Realtors should choose (and pay for) home staging for their sellers. Home stagers need Realtors to convince their sellers that they need a home stager (or re-designer) to get their home in shape before it's listed. This will help establish the listing price and eliminate the need for a price reduction later on.
