birmingham: DOING IT FOR YOURSELF vs THIRD PARTY REFERRALS - 08/14/06 12:21 PM
I know I have said this before but not on AR. I am amazed at how many Realtors don't understand the benefit of developing their own referral systems (see www.SEMichiganHomeInfo.com). I have heard MANY Realtors say that they get more for the dollar they spend on their own referral prospecting than they get by paying someone else to give them the lead. If you really think through the process this has to be the case. Just imagine for a second the difference between paying a couple of thousand dollar referral fee and setting up a system like RealPro. Both will cost

birmingham: Michigan Politics, Jobs and honest statements - 07/13/06 12:44 PM
I find it really interesting that Michigan's governor announced yesterday that she has brought 1,000 new jobs to Ann Arbor, Michigan with the announcement that Google is going to locate it's Ad Word division in Ann Arbor. Not that we might not see the one thousand jobs but it won't be very soon. The announcement said go to Google tomorrow and you can make application for one of the new jobs. birmingham: First Remarks and Mortgages - 07/09/06 10:41 AM
This appears to be a great resourse for our business. Consider tal\king a look at the Associates I have link to my site. Of the 1,200,000 REALTORS only 200 have acheived the status of CyberStar and each of my associates has this status. They are some of the best REALTORS in the business. On Another subject: Is a 15 year Mortgage Right for you? A 15-Year Fixed Rate loan works well for borrowers who are nearing retirement and want to be debt-free at that point in time. Because payments in a 15-year scenario are amortized over half the length of a 30-Year Fixed
