Time may be working against anyone in the real estate market today, whether it be Buyers or Sellers. If you haven't noticed, mortgage interest rates are beginning to creep up, usually a signal for potential inflation. And it should be no shock when we take into consideration that the US Federal Reserve continues to prop up major financial institution balance sheets with new money. That used to mean it just prints more currency and puts it into the system where they like to preserve one of their own. Today, they don't even print the currency.
