Odors

As the market softens the challenges to sell a home increase things that were overlooked before are becoming more important. We are starting to get more calls on ways to remove odors from a home ie dog and cat. There is nothing more offensive to a new home buyer then the smell of a wet dog, especially in a 500K home. I can tell you first hand this needs to get taken care of. People may look with their eyes but they are buying with their noses.

Water Damage?

Trying to sell a home and you walk in and find the water running - the key to success is speed. Get us in there as fast as you can and you will avoid the larger problem which is a result of a water damage - MOLD. Time is key, act fast and you will save a lot of money in the long run and make sure you get a professional - the shop vac is not going to cut it - only 33% of water is typically visible in a water damage.

Mold Remediation

A growing challenge for all involved in todays marketplace is mold. I t can delay the selling process and even cause a deal to fall through.
