Do you think 2010 is Going to be a great year in real estate?

Whether you said yes or no, you are correct. 

You see, your results are in direct proportion to your belief systems.  If you think real estate is going to be great this year, your actions align themselves with activities that defend your beliefs.  You will be making calls, returning calls, finding new prospects and reaching out to past clients.  You will find reasons people should buy and sell homes.  You will think of rejection as an opportunity to make a call to a more motivated buyer or seller.  YOU MAKE THE MARKET, THE MARKET DOESN'T CREATE ITSELF!

On the other hand, if you think this year is going to be doom and gloom and the worst in history, you are right, it will be.  You will stop making the calls, because no one wants to buy or sell.  You will stop reaching out to your past clients, there is really nothing more to say.  You will accept the negitivity presented in the media - it's all true.  You will find reasons why people shouldn't buy or sell - they will lose money if they sell and they should wait to buy because the market is going to bomb even further.  YOU MAKE THE MARKET, THE MARKET DOESN'T CREATE ITSELF.

Whether you think this is going to be a great year or not, you are correct.
