Okay, whos doing them and what has your success rate been. I'm seeing many realtores now through out the states starting to perform these presentations. My company I work with now has over 300 properties that are REO and I'm planning on scheduling our first "REO Bus Tour" April 15th here in the valley with our current inventory. I'd love to hear feedback on how other agents have marketed such a services to maximixed pre-qualified buyers, or I'd love to see you there possibly purchasing the great opportunities to own property in Phoenx.

In the new year I would like to network to a larger pool of investors or contact pool of people looking to acquire REO, Short Sale, Foreclosure and fix-up/Rehab properties.

Some Of Our Guarantee Details:

List price refers to the original list price from the first day the property is listed on the MLS excluding all price reductions. Price reductions shall be included in the 5% below list price guarantee.

Buyer agrees to sign a Buyer Broker Agreement with AZCO Properties while participating in the Buyer Guarantee.

Buyer making an offer on an AZCO Properties listing will automatically receive the closing cost incentive from AZCO Properties minus any Seller closing cost incentives.

Closing costs guarantee allowance shall not exceed 1% of total purchase price of the home.
