REO BUS TOURS - 03/30/08 03:44 PM

Okay, whos doing them and what has your success rate been. I'm seeing many realtores now through out the states starting to perform these presentations. My company I work with now has over 300 properties that are REO and I'm planning on scheduling our first "REO Bus Tour" April 15th here in the valley with our current inventory. I'd love to hear feedback on how other agents have marketed such a services to maximixed pre-qualified buyers, or I'd love to see you there possibly purchasing the great opportunities to own property in Phoenx. … (0 comments)
