Open houses some say they work some say they don't. Some spend their time doing them and some don't. I believe it's all in how you advertise them. Of course if you have a sign in a yard in front of the house and show up 5 or 10 min late then no I would say that they don't work. You have to prepare for them.
This is an event. You have to make flyer's, add to open house sites, put signs out everywhere. Find every direction you can into that home and put them out at least 4 signs no less. … (2 comments)

I am sure I am not the only agent that has thought to use this slogan for sure but I wanted to share what that meant to me as an agent for the new year ahead. I have been given all the right tools, had the best training, been motivated by the best motivators out there. Read books, watched movies and been inspired by all of them. The new year has arrived and you are probably in your office going over your new goals for the year and getting your prospects lined up to call or e-mail so now is a good time if you have not already to pull out those Hud 1 statements from last years closings and make copies for your clients and attach a letter thanking them for their business in 2009.
