I hear often as a real estate agent that buyers are on the fence about buying, they are still not ready to pull the trigger when it comes to buying a home. I can give you plenty of reasons that pulling the trigger now more than ever is a great idea.
Interest rates are at their lowest!!! 3.0, 3.5%? (this alone should be enough)
Prices are low and more affordable than ever! Right now you can get more house for your money!
The inventory is high, meaning plenty of homes to choose from!
