2009 will bring in a massive real estate and mortgage boom! Rates are at an all time low in U.S. history (currently at 4.5% for a 30 year fixed). It is a buyers market out there and when you combine that with massive amounts of money have been injected into the financial markets we are staring at another real estate and mortgage boom. What a great time it will be with all the buyers buying property next year and all those homeowners refinancing to get a better rate! Are you ready?
