niche: Twitter: Play Follow the Leader to Content, Trend, and Tip Riches - 10/24/08 02:04 AM
Twitter is fast becoming my go to source for news and information on Social Media tips, strategies, and trends. I have found content for my last 7 articles buried neatly in the tiny urls placed in tweets by the people I follow. What does this mean to any blogger? There's a gold mine of content to critique if you do the following: 1. Follow people in your niche and industry like Guy Kawasaki 2. Follow leaders, critical thinkers, and trend setters like Brian Solis 3. Follow companies that interest you like Elephant Pharmacy 4. Follow mass media pundits like Rick Sanchez

It is a culture where more people are off into their iPod, iPhone, wifi world than ever before--so what do you do if you have forgotten how to connect? 1. niche: Realtor Networking Tip #9: Network Outside Your Comfort Zone - 06/16/08 11:12 PM
One of the most challenging yet rewarding networking strategies you can employ is to network outside of your traditional groups, niche, or tried and true organizations. One such challenge I took on recently was to attend the Silicon Valley Association of Startup Entrepreneur meetings aka SVASE. In my first and only SVASE meeting I met two priciples for the Venture Capital firm ONSET, a Phd working on stem cell research for Stanford, a real life journalist, and enough start up idealist to fill the entire Valley. If this were a card game, you would have to have an MBA just to
