According to a NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® survey, 82 percent of home buyers can not remember the name of the real estate agent who worked with them two years earlier!Too many agents look at the closed sale as being the end of a short-term transaction, instead of the beginning of a long-term relationship.
As a Realtor® you work hard to develop trust and build credibility with clients. But then you can lose them after the first sale by not keeping in touch. When you care about clients they care about you!
