Raw Land Deals: What Value Do You Bring to Buyers??? - 07/01/07 11:42 AM
As I was hiking through the mountains with a client yesterday, I realized that my partciular forte in raw land real estate (as in other purchases) has to do with finding properties that will meet my clients needs, facilitating the deal, and seeing that the deal concludes favorably.
What's different is that disclosure and investigation are much more detailed and more important than ever. I am an absolute fiend about disclosure and advising the client to do their due diligence, and this is especially true of the purchase of raw land.
