It blows my mind how many agents pay $15,000 or more a year just to be affiliated with a certain company.  Why would they do that?  Perhaps it is because until now, they didn't have a choice.

Drake Barber Realty of Coastal Georgia is conveniently located in Richmond Hill, GA.  Our office is a beautifully recently renovated 1940's brick home located right on 144!  Although we do not require agents to come into the office daily, we have invested in an office so agents can meet clients and use the office as they need.
