Meditation refers to the positive transformation of the Mind. A method to remove suffering at its root.
I don't know about you..but everywhere I turned I was being directed to meditation. It seemed to be the cure all for all. So in November I went to a week long program called "Seduction of Spirit" that was put on by the Chopra Center. I got to meditate with DEEPAK!!!! It was amazing! I highly suggest it to anyone trying to get into meditation.

On Saturday I attended a Michael Franti and Spearhead Concert in Salt Lake City. I love their music...it feels so free. Before the concert I was so excited about going that I got on YOUTUBE and did a search for him.
Michael Franti went to the Middle East!!! Can you believe that? He wanted to see for himself why we have this war. I cried... the people are there are just like us. If we were occupied, we would act too.

I Love Staging!!! New Before and After - 01/15/08 05:24 PM
I love my clients!!! This was a really cute kitchen...but very personalized.
Neutralizing the main colors in the room gives the buyers a clear palate to make their own creations and memories. Sometimes we add color and sometimes we take it away. My clients called me yesterday and said that she did the suggestions I asked and today when I went to her house.. this is what I found. Thanks Elaina!!!!
