The Montgomery Knolls Neighborhood is located just off of University Blvd near where University intersects Piney Branch Road in Silver Spring - zip code 20901 The neighborhood connects to the smaller older Clifton Park Village subdivision. The Northwest Branch park borders the edges of the neighborhoods.
This mature, established community has 162 Single Family Homes. The first section of homes in Montgomery Knolls were built in 1948. The boundries follow along Sligo Creek from Dale Drive and Colesville Road at Mrs. K's Tollhouse to the Silver Spring International Middle / Sligo Creek Elementary Schools on one side where the zip code is 20910. The other side of Seven Oaks is located in the zip code 20901 and extends from Colesville Road and Sligo Creek Parkway up to and including part of Franklin Avenue.
