You have a content rich website. You have added all the tools buyers and sellers could possibly want. Why aren't they coming? I am going to guess you need to take a close look at your web marketing strategy. Getting people to your site requires effective and constant promotion. Your offline material must be used to drive traffic online. We have all heard that we need to add our web address to everything. But simply adding your web address to your marketing material as a one liner just below your phone number just doesn't cut it. You need to add a

Track Your Marketing Dollars with Multiple Domain Names - 09/17/08 03:48 PM
I have always said don't spend money on marketing unless you can track the results. Marketing is a huge part the cost of being a REALTOR and you need to know what the ROI is. Multiple domain names make tracking easy. We all know that the goal of all marketing pieces should be to move people to your website where the real lead generation takes place. So on your open house flyers you use one domain name that is only used on open house flyers. You have another domain name that you use only on Just Listed Post Cards and another for your personal promotion pieces. Another domain

If you have a good domain that has generated a lot of traffic during your life as a REALTOR you may be able to sell the domain to a new agent in the area when you retire and maybe even generate a little income from the contacts that use

Most Agents Market Themselves and Not Their Business - 09/16/08 10:23 AM
It is important your real estate website not be a long composition about you. E- consumers must find what they want on a website in just 4 seconds. If you have filled the page with you, your bio, your designations visitors will quickly jump to the next site on the list. Let your site be all about your buyers and sellers. Set it up to look more like a magazine index than a text book. Show buyers with big letters or graphics what they will find on your site. Offer sellers helpful information with links to the information on your site.
