A happy life consists in tranquility of mind. - Cicero   This photo was taken on a beautiful, sunny, hot Saturday afternoon in Quepos a quaint little fishing village on the Central Pacific Coast of the beautiful and tranquil country of Costa Rica.  The town was alive with the hustle bustle of expats, tourists and locals enjoying the Farmer's Fair, sightseeing, shopping  and dining in the many open air restaurants with the sound of music heard throughout the streets by the passersby.
