(c25k).  My daughter(Kate) was home over the weekend and suggested I should get more exercise and this would be an excellent program for me to try.  She's actually going to do it herself. </p> <p>I went on line and there's a lot of info about the program.  I printed workout schedule and have ordered my Vibram Five Finger running shoes.  Due in tomorrow. If you've never seen Vibram's shoes. Check them out at <a href="http://www.Vibramfivefingers.com">www.Vibramfivefingers.com</a>. They look horrible but Kate highly recommends them. So I suited up in my insulated coveralls and to thermos of coffee and headed to my local mini mart in Millersburg, Michigan.  This is the road I took and the vehicle I drove. Please note the Aladdin Thermos in the beverage holder. Any Ideas??? <p style="text-align: left;"><img title="medical" src="http://activerain.com/image_store/uploads/1/5/2/0/9/ar129864351390251.jpg" height="131" alt="medical" width="160" style="border: 6px solid black; float: left; margin-left: 10px; margin-right: 10px;">For those of us who don't have a spouse with health coverage, the cost of health insurance is our responsibility.</p> <p style="text-align: left;">I was wondering if any of my real estate associates have found a "good" plan that provides major medical coverage, with out taking a second mortgage?</p> <p style="text-align: left;">At 51 years of age, I'm too young for Medicaid, I make too much money for Medicare and I can't afford a premium Blue Cross/Blue Shield policy.</p> <p style="text-align: left;">For 10 years I paid on a major med policy only to find out the first time I had to use it, it wasn't major med, it was supplemental.  So, out of a $60,000 medical bill, I'm now responsible to pay back $43,000...which I'm doing on monthly installments (There goes my vacation home)...</p> <p style="text-align: left;">So, at this point, I'm seeking advise from my fellow Realtors, to see what policies you use and find beneficial.</p> <p style="text-align: left;">Thanks in advance. I can honestly say there's been times I wouldn't wash that door wall for months, just being able to see their little hands would make me smile.</p> <p style="text-align: left;">This crazy economy has financially affected almost every American, in some way.  I've decided not to let this economic crisis interior with my job as Nana.  The days of buying expensive gifts and fancy trips are gone but I still can send "Nana surprises" in the mail.</p> <p style="text-align: left;">Monday I stopped into our local thrift shop and found three childrens books I knew Lily (7) and Iris (6) would enjoy. Surprisingly, that particular day was 1/2 off the whole store, lucky me.  Then I was off to Dollar Tree, well, everyone knows everything there is only a $1.00.  I decided to purchase some Valentine trinkets the girls would enjoy. Finally, I stopped into the Post Office to pick up a shoebox size Priority Mailer.  Shopping complete I head home.</p> <p style="text-align: left;">Amazingly, I only spent $16.94, and that included the Priority Mailer.  Here's how it broke out.</p> <ul> <li> <li> <li>Dollar Tree: 2 boxes conversational candies, 2 packs of Valentine napkins, 1 cup set (2 cups) <br> </li> <li>                1 pack of Valentine pencils, 1 pack of stickers  Total:<strong> $10.60</strong> (tax included)</li> <li>Thrift Store: 3 books, @ .25 = .75 But remember, it was 1/2 day so it was only <strong>$.38</strong>.</li> <li>Priority Mail: <strong>$5.96</strong>...hint, if you print your labels at home verses taking it to the PO, you save online</li> </ul> <p>I put the package in the mail yesterday. And Now Comes the Amazing Part.... Michigan has been one of only a few states that actually still allowed burning household garbare in burn barrels.</p> <p>“This is not a novel idea,” said Jim Ostrowski, an environmental analyst with the Department of Natural Resources and Environment’s Environmental Assistance Program. “In fact, Michigan is one of just a handful of states that still allows people to burn trash without restrictions and the only Great Lakes state that does not restrict or prohibit the activity.”</p> <p><br> Simply put, burning trash is not a good idea. It allows the release of environmental contaminants – such as hydrogen cyanide, benzene, lead, mercury, dioxin and carbon dioxide – into the environment. Just the fine particulate matter in the smoke itself is potentially harmful to people with respiratory issues and can result in both acute and chronic health effects, such as asthma. Youngsters and the elderly can be especially vulnerable.<br> And the other side effects?
