This neighborhood sits between Delta and Cedaredge. It has wonderful buyer appeal. That's due to the nice mountain views and the well made ranch style homes.

We don't typically see a lot of turnover in this neighborhood, because it's a place that people love to call home. The location makes it easy to commute to Delta or Cedaredge.
Last month there weren't any homes on the market in the Del Ray neighborhood. A new listing came on the market and is already under contract. The house is listed at $239,900.

This type of housing has never caught on around here, and not a lot of condos or townhomes were built. The highest concentration of townhomes is on the Cedaredge golf course. Overall the Delta County real estate market continues to do very well. Sales have seen growth in both volume and overall sales numbers during 2016 compared to 2015. Some neighborhoods and segments of the market have seen some amazing price increases over the last two years as well.

Actually if you haven't renewed by now, you are late. I don't believe there's a late fee, but check with the town on this. The town would like to have all dog/cat licenses renewed by the end of January.
If you had an previous license, then you have already received a notice in the mail reminding you to renew. My notice went to the wrong address, and I received a courtesy call today from the animal control officer. That call was to confirm my address and to remind me to get my dog's license renewed.
