Early yesterday morning we decided to head out to Winter Springs for a ride on the Cross Seminole Trail.  We were looking for a change of pace from our usual ride on the Seminole Wekiva Trail. The quick ride over to Winter Springs takes about ten minutes.  We arrive at the Black Hammock Trailhead and take off towards Central Winds Park... about 4 or 5 miles away.

 
The scenic trail runs through a few neighborhoods around Tucksawilla, over Howell Creek, up and over State Road 434, behind Winter Springs High School and to Central Winds Park.  We actually took a … (4 comments)

1.  Attend an Atlanta Braves Spring Training Game at Disney's Wide World of Sports.  We have been attending the games for the past several years and there is nothing like a day at the ballpark with a hot-dog and a coke.  It's the all American pastime and at the end of the game the kids get to run the bases... it is a riot.  Tickets are still available!
