The end of the month brought 8 single family home sales and 1 condominium sale to Sanford Florida. This past week a wonderful young couple that I was working with bought their first home at 4884 Rock Rose Loop in the Retreat at Wekiva. Eric & Lindsay are so excited to finally be in their first home. Congratulations guys!

There were seven sales this week... Four home sales and three townhome sales. The most interesting sale this week was in The Preserve at Astor Farms, the listing price was $100,000 more than the sales price - big difference.

I said it last week, but at least Sanford Home Sales are consistent. Again there were no upper end home sales in Sanford, Florida this past week... but, we are seeing sales. That is good news!
