The Dirty Dozen - Updated Fall 2011 The Dirty Dozen was one of my dad’s favorite movies. It was about twelve convicted murderers who were trained to assassinate German officers in World War ll. Personally, I’m not a big fan of this genre, but it was very well done and received great reviews. The Dirty Dozen I’m more familiar with, is a group of produce that poses the most risk in terms pesticide residue. Exploring Clark County - Have you ever been kissed by a butterfly? Butterfly populations around the world are shrinking. While most of us would miss the aesthetics of the butterfly, it’s wise to remember that this beautiful insect also plays an important role in our eco-system. 

Butterflies, while not as important as bees at this job, do play a role in the pollination process. Without pollination, the fruits and vegetables we now enjoy in abundance, would become less available and more expensive.
